Libang Embroidery began operations in 2004, initially functioning as a home-based workshop fulfilling small-scale embroidery orders for local garment factories. Through a steadfast commitment to craftsmanship and rigorous quality control, the company gradually built a strong reputation and an expanding client base. In 2018, it was formally registered as "Tongxiang Libang Embroidery Co., Ltd." and relocated to its own facility on Huada Road in Tudian Town, marking its transition from a small workshop to a standardized enterprise. With nearly two decades of industry experience, the company has upgraded its equipment from just two domestic machines to eleven imported Tajima computerized embroidery machines, resulting in significant improvements in both production capacity and precision. Adhering to the philosophy of "technology-driven and service-oriented," Libang Embroidery has become a reliable supplier for numerous well-known regional garment brands.
Our Factory
The factory is located in the industrial zone of Tudian Town, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province, enjoying convenient transportation and excellent surrounding infrastructure. It features approximately 800 square meters of standardized production space, logically laid out with dedicated areas for prototyping, mass production, quality inspection, and post-processing, all offering good ventilation and natural lighting. The workshop implements "6S" management (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) to maintain a tidy and organized working environment. The core embroidery team consists of 13 highly experienced technicians; five of them possess over a decade of experience in operating embroidery machines and are experts in pattern setup and color coordination. Additionally, the company employs dedicated quality inspectors who monitor every stage of production, ensuring a consistent product pass rate of over 98%.

At present, the company has passed the quality system audit of many large domestic garment factories and has been included in their qualified supplier list. Although we have not yet obtained the internationally accepted ISO or OEKO-TEX standard certification, we strictly control raw materials and process parameters in accordance with customer requirements to ensure that our products meet export environmental standards. If customers have specific certification needs (such as GRS recycled material certification, GOTS organic cotton certification, etc.), we can actively cooperate with the audit and provide production-related documents to assist in completing the certification process.
Production Equipment
The company is equipped with a complete set of 11 imported Tajima computer embroidery machines, including 6-color and 9-color models, which can complete multi-color thread changes and complex pattern embroidery at the same time. The equipment is equipped with a high-precision tension control system and automatic thread breakage detection device, which can effectively reduce the rate of defects such as stitch skipping and thread breakage. Our embroidered products are indirectly exported to markets in the United States, Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia, spanning sectors such as mid-to-high-end fashion, athleisure, and children's products. With an annual processing volume exceeding two million embroidered pieces, we have accumulated extensive experience in mass production and mastered craftsmanship techniques across diverse product categories. Pre-sales:
