Sampling takes about 5 to 7 days. For bulk orders, simple styles with large volumes take 12 to 16 days. Complex styles take 16 to 20 days. We confirm the applique fabric and color with you in advance. We make sure they match the toothbrush thread color. We suggest you provide the applique fabric. Or we can source it based on your requirements. During production, we do random checks throughout. We pay special attention to whether the thread covers the patch edges completely. We check for frayed edges. During finishing, we clean loose fibers to keep the product tidy.

For packaging, we use pearl cotton to protect the embroidery. We offer a 30-day warranty. We rework production issues for free. For patches, we provide 1% extra pieces as backup. Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance after inspection. We support EXW terms. We accept USD and CNY. We accept third-party inspections. Quality is a shared responsibility.
