Matte thread is different from regular polyester thread. It has a dull surface that does not reflect light. This gives the embroidery a more premium and understated look. We assess our capacity before we accept any order. We never promise delivery dates casually. The lead time starts only when three conditions are met: deposit received, fabric arrived, and sample approved. We have two pattern makers and two sample makers on our team. Our R&D capability is strong for a factory of our size. If you have special designs, we can make the pattern first. Simple patterns take about 3 days for sampling. Complex ones may take a week. We track all materials closely. We control the arrival time of fabrics and accessories. Once we lock the process in writing, we try not to change it during production. Each major revision adds 2 to 4 days. We track bulk production progress daily and leave buffer time for quality inspection and rework. During peak season (August to November), lead times may be slightly longer. We will warn you in advance.

This matte flat embroidery works well on business shirts, premium children's wear, and women's fashion. Our machines can handle multi-color changes. The 9-color models can complete complex color patterns in one run. We pay special attention to packaging. Matte thread can look fuzzy if it rubs against other surfaces. We use pearl cotton between each layer to prevent abrasion during shipping. We accept third-party inspections. You are also welcome to visit our factory. For after-sales, we provide 1% extra embroidery patches as backup. For garment pieces, we suggest you provide extra fabric pieces with your bulk order so we can handle them in advance. We accept USD and CNY. Our default trade term is EXW. Our factory may be small, but we have survived for over 20 years through quality and reliability.
