We started Libang Embroidery in 2004 as a small workshop with two domestic machines. We took small orders from nearby garment factories. In 2018, we registered our company and moved to our own facility on Huada Road in Tudian Town. Today we have an 800-square-meter workshop with 13 workers. Five of our machine operators have over ten years of experience. We run our workshop under 6S management. Every step from sampling to mass production to quality inspection is clear and organized.

This Fine Polyester Thread Flat Embroidery is our most mature product. Flat embroidery gives you clean lines and tight stitches. The pattern looks neat and professional. We use 50D or 75D polyester thread. This thread has high strength and good color fastness. It holds up well after washing and wear. All our materials are eco-friendly and meet local environmental standards. We run 11 imported Tajima computerized embroidery machines. These machines have automatic breakage detection. When a thread breaks, the machine stops immediately. This greatly reduces skipped stitches and defects. Our full-time quality inspectors check every step. We do 100% inspection before packing. Our pass rate stays above 98%.

For simple bulk orders, we deliver in 7 to 10 days after deposit confirmation and fabric arrival. For custom sampling, simple logos take about 3 to 5 days. Our monthly capacity for flat embroidery reaches 74,000 to 92,000 pieces. We support OEM and ODM services. You send us your drawings and we produce accordingly. You can also send us a sample garment for reference. Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. You can mix colors and models, but each style should be at least 50 pieces for better efficiency. We accept 30% deposit upon contract signing and 70% balance after inspection. We support EXW terms and accept USD and CNY. For packaging, we use white cardboard or pearl cotton inside to protect the embroidery. Then we put the products into perforated PE bags with desiccant. The outer cartons are five-layer corrugated boxes that pass drop tests. We offer a 30-day warranty. If there are production issues like thread loosening, missing stitches, or wrong patterns, we rework or resend. We also provide 1% extra patches as backup. We have worked with many large garment factories in China. Our products have been exported indirectly to the US, Europe, and Japan.
