For custom products, we charge a pattern fee and sampling fee, but we deduct the sampling fee from your bulk order.

Our delivery time depends on process complexity and order volume. Simple bulk orders take 7 to 10 days. Complex styles may take 14 days. During peak season, lead times may be longer and we will inform you in advance. Our factory meets all environmental compliance requirements. All our accessories and consumables are eco-friendly and meet export standards. We put desiccant in the packaging because blended thread can absorb moisture. We mark the outer cartons clearly with net weight, gross weight, and order number for easy receiving. We accept USD and CNY. Payment terms are 30% deposit upon signing and 70% balance after inspection. If you need third-party inspection, we fully cooperate. Quality is a shared responsibility.
