Pure Terry Embroidery

Pure terry embroidery is our most basic terry product. There are no other processes added. It highlights the fluffy feel and three-dimensional effect of terry itself. This product looks great on sweatshirts, casual wear, sportswear, and stuffed toys. Our factory introduced Tajima machines in 2018. Since then, our terry capacity and quality have improved significantly. We run two shifts. Our monthly terry capacity reaches 37,000 to 55,000 pieces.

Pure terry embroidery requires longer setup time than flat embroidery. The loop height must be controlled precisely. Our machine technicians adjust the loop height based on your fabric thickness. They ensure the embroidery is soft but does not flatten. Sampling takes about 4 to 6 days. For bulk orders, simple styles with large volumes take 10 to 14 days. Complex styles take 14 to 18 days. We assess our capacity before taking orders. We never promise delivery dates casually. We track fabric and accessory arrival times in advance to ensure no delays.

Once we lock the process in writing, we do not change it during production. If changes are needed, we tell you the extra time required. Our quality inspectors do random checks on every batch. They focus on loop uniformity and missing loops. During finishing, we use steam ironing to make the loops more fluffy. For packaging, we cover the embroidery with pearl cotton to prevent indentations. We offer a 30-day warranty. We handle production issues for free. For patches, we provide 1% extra pieces as backup. Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance after inspection. We accept USD and CNY. Our products have been exported indirectly to many countries.
