Vintage Chain Stitch Meets Fluffy Terry
Chain stitch is an old embroidery technique. The stitches look like chains linked together. It is very decorative. When chain stitch is combined with terry embroidery, you get both fluffy terry texture and vintage chain patterns. This product is perfect for ethnic-style clothing, vintage bags, and decorative wall hangings. Our workers are very familiar with chain stitch. Chain stitch requires precise direction control. If the direction is wrong, the stitches become crooked. Our Tajima machines can set chain stitch parameters to ensure each loop is the same size.

Detailed Setup and Inspection
Our machine technicians run test samples first to confirm the effect before formal production. Sampling takes about 5 to 7 days. Chain stitch setup takes more time than regular terry embroidery. For bulk orders, simple styles with large volumes take 12 to 16 days. Complex styles take 16 to 20 days. We accept mixed colors and models. But each style should be at least 50 pieces for production efficiency. Our quality inspectors focus on the continuity of the chain stitches. They check for skipped loops or broken chains.
Finishing and After-Sales Support
During finishing, we iron carefully to avoid flattening the chain stitch's three-dimensional effect. For packaging, we cover the embroidery with pearl cotton and wrap it with non-woven fabric to prevent snagging. We offer a 30-day warranty. For after-sales, if there are issues on our side, we provide 1% extra patches as backup. For garment pieces, we suggest you provide extra fabric pieces with your bulk order. We support OEM and ODM. You provide drawings or sample garments and we make samples. Our MOQ is 100 pieces. Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance after inspection. We accept third-party inspections. Quality is a shared responsibility. Our machines are maintained regularly. We keep enough spare parts in stock so small breakdowns do not delay production.
