Sampling takes about 5 to 7 days because we need to run multiple tests. For bulk orders, simple styles with large volumes take 12 to 16 days. Complex styles take 16 to 20 days. Metallic thread requires slower machine speeds. Our monthly flat embroidery capacity is high, but metallic thread reduces efficiency. We explain this when we take your order.
