During peak season (August to November), lead times may be longer. We will remind you in advance. We have our own pattern makers and sample makers. That is four people on our R&D team. Our capability is strong for our size. You provide drawings and we produce samples quickly. If you want us to copy a prototype, please provide the original sample garment. We track materials carefully. We follow up on fabric and accessory arrival times so we start on time.

We lock the process in writing and try not to make changes during production. If changes are necessary, we tell you the extra time required. We track bulk progress daily and reserve buffer time for inspection and rework. Our finishing process is also part of our inspection process. We handle defective items promptly. For packaging, coarse matte thread can be abraded easily. We use dividers between layers. We provide 1% extra patches as backup. For garment pieces, we suggest extra fabric pieces. We support EXW and FOB terms. We accept USD and CNY. We do not have international certifications yet, but we cooperate with customers on audits and provide production documents.
