We have 11 Tajima machines. Three are dedicated to coarse wool yarn production. These machines have larger needles and special tensioners. Sampling takes about 5 to 7 days. Wool sampling requires repeated tests to confirm the fluffiness and color. For bulk orders, simple styles with large volumes take 12 to 16 days. Complex styles take 16 to 20 days. Wool yarn capacity is lower than polyester thread because we run machines slower. The breakage rate is also higher. But we still deliver reliably. We assess our capacity before taking orders. We never promise delivery dates casually. This is our principle.

For materials, wool yarn requires advance purchasing. Different batches of wool yarn may have color variations. We ask you to provide Pantone numbers or physical color cards. Before production, we confirm with you again to ensure color and thickness are correct. Our quality inspectors check every embroidery piece carefully. Wool yarn can develop fuzz balls and breakage. During finishing, we use steam ironing to smooth the surface. For packaging, we cover the embroidery with non-woven fabric. This prevents friction and pilling during shipping. We offer a 30-day warranty. For production issues like thread loosening or missing stitches, we rework. For patches, we provide 1% extra pieces as backup. We support OEM and ODM. Our MOQ is 100 pieces. For mixed orders, each style should be at least 50 pieces. Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance after inspection. We accept USD and CNY.
